At FXR Racing USA, we are committed to providing high-performance gear that meets your expectations; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange new, unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print the return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
